Mechanical Engineer – Design & Integration
Melbourne, FL
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with senior-level experience and a strong background in hardware product development and rapid prototyping. This role is intended for an engineer who can contribute wherever needed across the product lifecycle, whether the work is design-heavy, integration-heavy, or a blend of both.
The right candidate brings broad mechanical engineering capability, practical hardware judgment, and the ability to move from concept and design through fabrication support, assembly, integration, and test.
Senior Technical Program Manager - Hardware Systems
Melbourne, FL
In this role, you will lead complex hardware development efforts across multiple concurrent programs. This role is intended for a technically degreed professional who brings systems engineering experience along with prior responsibility in Project Engineer and Program/Project Manager roles.
The right candidate can move comfortably between technical coordination, customer communication, proposal support, schedule ownership, labor planning, and execution follow-through. This person must be capable of managing layered stakeholders, maintaining continuity across active and emerging work, and helping drive technically demanding programs from early definition through execution.
Engineering Technician – Electro-Mechanical Build & Integration
Melbourne, FL
You will support the hands-on build and integration of first-of-kind product development efforts. This role is intended for someone who is equally comfortable working with both mechanical and electrical aspects of hardware and can help turn early product designs into functioning prototypes and integrated assemblies.
This position supports a fast-moving environment where formal work instructions may not exist and the 3D model, drawings, and engineering intent are often the primary inputs. The right candidate can think through assembly and integration challenges, work across mechanical and electrical build tasks with confidence, and communicate issues clearly when additional engineering input is needed.
