Catania’s 4th Annual ‘Live Local, Give Local’ Gala achieves $30,000+ in Three Cumulative Donations for Local Charity
A Night of Generosity and Commitment Strengthens Brevard County’s Community
Melbourne, FL (February 17, 2025)– Catania Product Development recently hosted their 4th annual “Live Local, Give Local” Gala at the Melbourne Yacht Club bringing together community members, local businesses, and supporters for a night of celebration and giving. Evolving from previous auction-based fundraisers, this year’s event embraced a gala format, strengthening its impact and mission to support local causes.
The event raised $9,000 which was donated to supporting the South Brevard Sharing Center’s Workforce Readiness Program, which started as a result of Catania’s initial donation in 2022. Since its inception, Catania has raised over $31,000 in support of this program.

The South Brevard Sharing Center, established in 1971, has a long-standing history of assisting those in need through their comprehensive services. Lorena Griffin, Deputy Director of the SBSC, explained how Catania Product Development’s commitment to the community is more than just financial support. “It’s an investment in the futures of those striving for stability and success,” Griffin stated. “Their generosity has not only helped launch and sustain our Workforce Readiness Program but has also transformed lives by providing individuals with the confidence, skills, and opportunities needed to break free from cycles of hardship.” Through resume-building workshops, job training, and direct employment connections, the Workforce Readiness Program opens doors that many never thought possible.
Griffin continued to explain that the partnership between Catania and SBSC is a testament to what’s achievable when businesses and nonprofits unite with a shared vision for lasting change. “It’s about more than dollars raised,” Griffin continues. “It’s about the people whose lives are forever changed because someone believed in their potential. Catania’s unwavering dedication has given our clients not just hope, but a path forward, proving that when we lift others up, we strengthen our entire community. We are deeply grateful for their continued support in making a real and lasting impact on those we serve.”
Stefanie Catania, CEO of Catania Product Development explained how happy the Catania team is to donate toward SBSC’s mission for the 4th year. “I’d like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to all who attended and contributed to the success of the event.” Catania continues, “The funds raised will play a crucial role in empowering individuals through the South Brevard Sharing Center’s programs, reinforcing that by working together, we can create lasting positive change in our community.”
Looking ahead, Catania Product Development remains committed to strengthening its partnerships and expanding its support for local initiatives. The company believes that through continued collaboration and dedication, even greater strides can be made in empowering individuals and fostering a thriving, self-sufficient community.
