Catania Product Development wins 2024 International Design Award
Company wins for SwiftPaws CHASE! Course Kit
(January 22, 2025) – Catania Product Development, a product-design and engineering firm based in Melbourne, Florida, was named a recipient of the 2024 International Design Award. The company received the Bronze Prize in the Pet Care / Toys for Pets category for SwiftPaws CHASE! Course Kit system.

The IDA was created in 2007 to recognize, celebrate, and promote exceptional design visionaries and discover emerging talent in Architecture, Interior, Product, Graphic and Fashion Design worldwide.
Catania Product Development blends Industrial Design and Engineering to develop innovative solutions. “Part of the reason we founded this company was to have the freedom to focus on designs that are as aesthetically pleasing as they are functional. SwiftPaws gained global recognition after a 2022 appearance on ABC’s Shark Tank. Meghan Wolfgram, CEO of SwiftPaws was awarded the golden ticket from Lori Greiner and left with a deal of $240,000 for 6% equity.
Wolfgram went on to develop CHASE!, her most affordable lure course kit, designed for indoor and outdoor use. “When we created CHASE!, my goal was to offer pets the enrichment they deserve—both mentally and physically. I wanted to ensure it was designed and built in the U.S., while also being accessible to more pet owners,” said Wolfgram. “With Catania Product Development’s help, we were able to bring that vision to life. Winning the International Design Award is a proud moment for us, reflecting the dedication and hard work the team poured into this product. Most importantly, it’s rewarding to know we’ve created something that will truly make a difference in the lives of pets everywhere.”
